Last week the Phoenix area received many raindrops, an overload of rain can cause many problems as you can see from the following photos.
As we were riding along we found a remote holding pond that had overflowed,
water was about 2 feet deep, could not see where the road continued, had to turn around.
There use to be a road here, before the Hassayampa River decided to wash it away, we just drove down it last week, looks like it will need some major repairs!
You can tell from where Rich is standing how much washed away, Marnie is pointing to where someone wrote WOW in the sand, and the end of the road for the bug, maybe if we come back next year we can get across!
We also got to play with our new RC car while we were there!
